I recently completed my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and I also have a Bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Social Work from the Metropolitan State University of Denver. I have lived in Aurora my whole life and am very connected to the community.

I have been drawn to counseling by my innate desire to help people through the promotion of mental health. I have a passion to work with families, individuals, adults, children, and adolescents from all walks of life using a cognitive-behavioral approach. Although, having close family members with different forms of Post-traumatic stress disorder, I am especially compelled to work with individuals that have experienced trauma in all forms.

Deciding to seek therapy can be a daunting task and I believe that having a safe space to process your unique experiences is the key to reducing the anxiety that can accompany starting therapy, and promote personal growth and healing. I look forward to working together to achieve your mental health goals.
