You’re not broken. There’s nothing to fix, only an invitation to reconnect with the innate wisdom within you. My approach is non-pathologizing and holistic, honoring the intelligence of your body, mind, emotions, and soul. As a somatic practitioner and transpersonal therapist, I help individuals and couples navigate trauma, relational challenges, and life transitions by tuning into the body's natural cues for healing. My work is attachment-based, trauma-informed, and body-centered, drawing from Gestalt therapy, parts work, EFT, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
As a first-generation Latina, I understand the complexities of navigating identity, intergenerational trauma, and cultural disconnection. I approach healing through a decolonial, culturally affirming lens, creating spaces where BIPOC individuals can integrate lived experiences, process grief, and reclaim healing. My work is deeply informed by cultural humility and an awareness of systemic impacts on marginalized identities.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University, specializing in mindfulness-based transpersonal psychology and currently finishing a post-graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Denver Family Institute. I believe relationships shape our well-being, whether it’s our connection to ourselves, others, or the Earth. I have experience working with families and couples. My approach is strengths-based and systemic, helping clients improve communication, navigate transitions, and embrace change with greater awareness and collaboration.
A passion of mine lies within the mystical and mundane including spiritual/religious experiences, plant medicine journeys, dreamwork, and ancestral healing for integration into our everyday life. The soul speaks through imagery, symbolism, and creativity, offering profound insight when honored and deeply listened to. I am here to support what often gets ignored or feels taboo.
When I’m not working, you can find me cooking up a warm meal, basking in the sunlight, sitting in nature listening to water streams, drinking tea, cacao or coffee. Studying up on LOVE and cuddling with my cat, named Obi :)
I use she/her/ella pronouns. Hablo español and am LGBTQ+ allied and part of Latinx communities. I look forward to connecting with you and seeing how I can support you on your journey.
